For this project, the brief was to create content for a 30 page new website for the client, who as many business owners, simply didn’t have the time to do it justice.
I needed to get inside the head of a super organised, meticulously organised, complex project management superstar!
I interviewed Robyn face to face, asking key questions to understand the processes she undertakes and the pain points she solves for customers.
After a solid couple of hours, I started to research Voice of Customer, what were their experiences her brand, her services, and also what her competitors offered.
The process of writing SEO optimised copy for a new website can be a daunting task for some, but I relished the opportunity! After working on the content over a week or so, I produced the required copy with which Robyn was thrilled.
Her first response when I sent the copy deck was “Wow! It must have taken so long to write and it is great!”.
I had saved her hours (and hours!) which she simply didn’t have as a business owner, creating SEO optimised content, that was persuasive, convincing and above all, accurate and unique.
